Midland Texas Mortgage Checklist

Thank you for applying with us! Below is a checklist of typical loan documentation needed for processing your new home purchase or existing mortgage refinance application. We have several options for you to send us your paperwork. You can email them to processing@ventamortgagetx.com or fax it to 1-888-301-3330. You can also upload your paperwork from your computer via our secure online loan application system found here. And of course lastly, you can bring your paperwork to our office in Midland.

HOME PURCHASE LOANS

  1. Most recent paystubs covering a 30 day period for each applicant
  2. Last Two Years Tax Returns with all pages
  3. Most recent two years W2’s and/or 1099’s for each applicant
  4. Two most recent bank statements with all pages
  5. Driver’s license and social security card
  6. Copy of most recent 401k or Retirement statement ( if applicable)
  7. New Purchase Contract

MORTGAGE REFINANCE LOANS

  1. Most recent paystubs covering a 30 day period for each applicant
  2. Last Two Years Tax Returns with all pages
  3. Most recent two years W2’s and/or 1099’s for each applicant
  4. Two most recent bank statements with all pages
  5. Driver’s license and social security card
  6. Copy of most recent 401k or Retirement statement ( if applicable)
  7. Most recent mortgage statement
  8. Most recent homeowners insurance statement
